January A Cut Above

Happy Monday Crafters!  Today is my project for the A Cut Above Challenge Blog.  I created a Winter word art card.  Using paper from Cutcardstock.com - Cougar White, Navy Blue, and Silver glitter - adding in some stenciling on the card base, White Blizzard Nuvo drops and a fun gem.

  Good Morning! Happy August!  This month I am sharing a 3-d S-ummer.  the "S" is from a die set from svgcuts.com and the rolled flowers are from CeatedByGwen.com.  I used all the metallic cardstock from Cutcardstock.com -Mars, Jupiter, Rose Quartz, Azalea, Coral, Flame, Gold, Fairway, Lime, Lagoon, Vista, Amethyst - theres ywo more but i cant remembr them.. i used some white cardstock to cut the "ummer" out and then used Peach Sorbet Nuvo  drops to pop that out some.  Adding a few finishing touches like sequins, and some butterflies from an old Vicki Boutin Collection.  This took a lot of time, rolling all those flowers, and gluing them just right for them all to fit, but i absolutely love the way it turned out i hope you do as well.  Below are some more photos...           Thanks for stopping by..  Dont forget to head over the A Cut Above blog here ..  Happy Crafting!

A Cut Above June

  This project was a real Labor of Love, all the petals, inking, bending, layering... Was definitely worth it, it turned out amazing!  The design itself is from Dreaming Tree, and the cardstock from Cutcardstock.              I decided to stick with all the pretty pinks and the red rose, all the spring time colors that I love so much.  I used Fruit punch, Strawberry Cream, Metallic Mars, Light Pink, Chamomile, Jelly Bean, Lime, and Easter Grass.  I didnt add anything to this, It was so pretty all on its on, and fits into a 9x9x2 shadow box... once i get the shadow box.                                              Thanks for popping in!   Happy Crafting!

A Cut Above Project

 Good Morning!   I am so excited to be designing for A Cut Above blog!   My first project this year are Nestled Die Cut Albums.  One with a Hexagon and one with a Circle and used some snowflake dies as well.  These were super easy to create.   I used 5 from each shape, the hexagon is lazy days with my puppies and the Circle and snowflakes is my nieces first snow!   I did not include her photos as she is only a few months old.
