Twilight Crafts February Project 2

 

I had such a blast creating this layout. I used cougar white from cutcardstock, as the background and used Shimmerez Paints for the black and yellow splatters behind the bee wreath - from Jenny Wren Cut Files.  Combining it with another cutfile - Collecting Flowers, all cut on Cougar White cardstock as well.  They seemed to go with these photos perfecting and i couldn't decided which one to use, so i used both!  I also added some stitching in black around the layout, before adding anything else to page.

  

For the collecting flowers file, i did cut on white cardstock, however i used Mustard Seed and inked the entire cut file, it matched the flowers so well, and it made that file really pop out against the white.  I used some black pearl embellishments as the flower centers around the wreath, and added some black nuvo to bring it all together.  Adding some paper flowers and pearl elements, with a lovely spattering of sequins for some sparkle.
