CutCardstock Friday

 Good Morning!  

           Im sharing a box of cards gift set this week!!  The set itself is from Dreaming Tree, all the cardstock is from CutCardstock, patterned paper from Bo Bunny, the little pearl and crystal pieces from InkRoad.   The front of each card is layered with metallic cardstock, topped with an embossed white cardstock....

         The Gift box was created with Scottish Highlands, and Bo Bunny Patterned paper, the pen was created with Amethyst.  The closure connected with a magnet.

   This is super easy and such an adorable way to gift someone all occasion cards. Any patterned paper would look beautiful on this, and could be easily dressed up or down depending on your creativity.

Twilight Crafts Project 1

 I am super excited to be joining a number of Design teams this year.  One of them being Twilight Crafts, using Jenny Wren Cut Files.  Which are super cute and cut very nice! 

   For my first project I chose the Snow Day cut file, and did a White Out layout with black and white photos of my nieces very first snow fall!  She was so excited and enchanted with the snowflakes, it was so sweet.  I'm sorry you cant see her face, parents request.  But I promise she has the sweetest look on her face.

    I used White glitter cardstock from CutCardstock to cut the file itself, adding a shaker to the snowman.  Using some foam tape I popped up the inside of the lettering.  I added some texture to the background using iridescent stencil butter, some Mylar snowflakes, white hearts and 3 different white nuvo drops.  

 

   Nothing overly complicated about this layout, very easy to put together once you have all the white things pulled from your stash.  I need to put an order in for white embellishments lol I didn't have much, but it worked out!  Some times less is more.

A Cut Above Project

 Good Morning!   I am so excited to be designing for A Cut Above blog!   My first project this year are Nestled Die Cut Albums.  One with a Hexagon and one with a Circle and used some snowflake dies as well.  These were super easy to create.   I used 5 from each shape, the hexagon is lazy days with my puppies and the Circle and snowflakes is my nieces first snow!   I did not include her photos as she is only a few months old. But this turned out so super cute. Winter

Good Morning everyone!  I am sharing this fin winter decor item.  Made from CutCardstock Cougar White, Vista, Sandcastle, Desert Storm, Hot Fudge, crystal, and Black.  Adding in some Old Bo Bunny Powder mountain collection, and some fun silver snowflakes and a cut die cut.

This guy is from an old SVG shop - Scrapping Bug Designs- I am very sad they went out of business, I have so many of their die sets, so cute!  This Hedgehog set is one of my favorite winter sets that I use a lot.  Changing up the colors and cup embellishments make them look so different!

        

These awesome 3-d Letters are from SVGcuts and are super fun and easy to put together.  I usually add rice before sealing them closed, but recently i started using dried beans, they are heavier so you use less, and they don't break down over time either. I love hoe this turned out so I'm going to make 3 more, March begins summer creation for me so keep checking back!
