Cutcardstock Friday

Image
Happy Friday!  Final card from the box card set!  This one is very versatile, a Happy Spring card, thank you, invitation, or an any occasion card.  For this card I used the same set of cardstock - dark teal, light teal, amaranth, light yellow, cougar white, and gum drop.  Using the same inking techniques, and adding some enamel dots for eyes, and flower centers. Adding some foam tape as well to the front and back for some dimension on the grass and sentiment.                                                                    Thanks for stopping by.

Good Morning!   Thanks for stopping by!  Today I am sharing a  layout using 2 Jenny Wren cutfiles, the hexagon patchwork stitch file and the Cool Shades Cutfile, paired up with Bloom Street Collection.       For the Cutfile - I Backed with Patterned paper and plain metallic cardstock from Cutcardstock, and created a shaker element with some sequins, foam tape, and nuvo drops.  I added in some epoxy flair and wood veneers, with pieces from the Bloom Street collection.

Happy Friday!  Sharing the second card of the Easter box cards from SVGCuts.com  This one i thought could also be used as a thank you card, or a silly card, cause of the ridiculousness of the egg prices, keeping the colorful eggs cause eggs come in so many different colors, naturally.  I am sure there are some other cute ways this card can be used.     In creating this card I used Amaranth, dark teal, light teal, gum drop, light yellow, and Sno Cone from Cutcardstock.com, inking some edges, and adding some enamel dots for the flower centers. Attaching the sentiment with some brads and embossing a few pieces.                                                                                  ...

Happy Friday!   I am sharing a series of Easter Cards over the next few weeks,  They don't need to be used as Easter cards, they would make adorable everyday cards if you wanted them too.   For this bunny card, I used Cougar White, Amaranth, Aquamarine, Light Yellow, all from CutCardstock.com,  and some patterned paper by Cocoa Vanilla.  Finishing it off with some inking and googly eyes.       Series of cards from SVGCuts.com                                                                 Thanks for stopping by.

April A Cut Above

Image
This was challenge this month!   These sunflowers are one of my favorites to use, but they take so long!  I can only cut 4 petals at a time, and there are 24 petals on each flower, 3 flowers .. its a lot of manual die cutting lol  Totally worth it though, they're gorgeous!  I used Gold and Bronze Metallic cardstock for them, makes all the difference! I used some simple orange and gold paper flowers to fill in around them and the title. I used little clear and black drops for the centers, popped a few up on some foam dots, adding sequins and nuvo to finish up.                                                                Thank you for stopping by!     Happy crafting.

Good Morning!  Today I am sharing my weekly CutCardstock project! I am sharing a calendar I am working on for a friend, using her daughters baby photos in a scrapbook layout for the Month, and an awesome month cutfile from JennyWren Cutfiles.  I used the all cut out pieces this month and popped them up with some foam dots along with the monthly birthday photos and a bunny for Easter.   I went with the "April Showers" theme so May will be all the flowers!         In creating this I used all sorts of cardstock from CutCardStock- Yellow Jacket, Onyx, Cougar White, Rose Quartz, Eris, Black, Fairway, Amethyst, Gold, silver, and Sno Cone.  Used some chalk, lots of inks on the die cuts, nuvo drops on some wording, some pretty paper flowers, and some sequins for sparkle.     The scrapbook layout is a sketch from Scrap-A-Sketch and is posted below.                     ...
